We are seeking a passionate Fleet/CPO Sales Manager to drive performance, support our distributors, and accelerate Genesis’ success across the MEA region!

 

 - Lead the development and execution of Fleet and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales strategies across assigned markets. 
 - Establish and maintain sustainable sales processes and channels within the organization, ensuring long-term growth and operational excellence. 
 - Drive performance through effective planning, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Bring To The Role

Sales Performance
 - Execute Fleet and CPO Sales Business Plans for assigned markets.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate sales forecasts.
 - Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
 - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Fleet and CPO sales in the system.
 - Analyze market performance and prepare regular reports.
 - Prepare and distribute performance presentations for management review.

Order & Shipment Management
 - Collect and process Fleet and CPO orders in line with the Business Plan.
 - Prioritize and flag urgent orders for timely fulfillment.
 - Maintain accurate records of shipment quantities and schedules.

Sales Support & Claims
 - Handle sales support claims related to Fleet and CPO processes across all assigned markets, ensuring timely resolution.
 - Collect, verify, and input claim data into the system; maintain organized records of claims and approvals.

Sales Budget Management
 - Communicate Fleet and CPO sales support schemes to distributors.
 - Consolidate and report sales support claims to HQ.
 - Prepare budget tracking sheets and assist with reconciliation and documentation for approvals and audits.

Market Expansion
 - Conduct regular market visits to ensure compliance with operating standards.
 - Support evaluation and review of potential distributor candidates for new market expansion.
 - Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing evaluation documents, and maintaining records of distributor applications and contracts.

Process Development & Channel Sustainability
 - Design and implement standardized processes for Fleet and CPO sales operations.
 - Establish sustainable Fleet and CPO sales channels within the organization to ensure long-term growth.
 - Develop guidelines and best practices for maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
 - Monitor and continuously improve processes to adapt to market changes and organizational needs.

Additional Responsibilities
 - Support event preparation and execution outside of business hours when required.
 - Prepare weekly/biweekly reports and host regular meetings with stakeholders.
 - Manage filing systems for contracts, reports, and correspondence.

Required Skill

 - Familiarity with Business environment in Middle East & Africa Region.
 - Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
 - Strong understanding of computer applications, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software(MS Office).
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Strong ability to collect and analyze data to support informed and thorough decision making.
 - Strong understanding of basic financial statements, accounting, budgeting knowledge.
 - Highly effective project and time management skills to meet challenging deadlines.
 - A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolutions, and people management skills.
 - Strong supervising skills, especially skilled at coaching lower employees.

Job Qualification

 - Min. 5 years’ experience of related job experience
 - Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred (preferably within OEM)
 - Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) – Excellent Arabic is a must
 - Attested Bachelor degree (Master degree is a plus)
