Our Company Description 


Hyundai Motor and Kia Africa & Middle east Quality Centre (AMQC) is part of the Hyundai Motor Group, which is one of the three biggest car manufacturers worldwide. AMQC was opened in 2015 in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE with the purpose of ensuring that Hyundai, Genesis and Kia vehicles meet the demanding standards of the African and Middle eastern customers. Our company is passionate about providing optimized-quality vehicles and achieving the highest quality for our customers.



AMQC conducting several kinds of environmental tests on Hyundai Motor Group vehicles before launching in the market to ensure the vehicle meet the tough regional environment such as sandstorms, hot and humid weather and harsh driving habit. We conduct the severe tests on pilot test vehicles for different parts and systems to make sure it will be survived during real customer usage. Checking the long-range driving of vehicles usage within a short period is another example that we are testing the vehicles with advanced measuring devices before start to sell any model in the Middle East and Africa.

Africa and Middle East Quality Centre is monitoring the customers’ feedback seriously using different innovative and smart methods to meet the clients’ expectations and needs from the vehicle. All the vehicles issue that claimed by customers in the dealers are being completely monitored and investigated by our professional team and will be initiated for the quality improvement to ensure the high quality of our cars in the market.



Our professional team is a mixed nationality from all middle east and Africa with different field experiences to cover all the regional and cultural related issues. AMQC professional engineers are cooperating with several Hyundai Motor group manufacturing plants and their suppliers around the world in different teams as parts and system specialists.
