Summary Description

  • Deliver technical and non‑technical training programs for distributors, including localized in‑house content, while ensuring high certification rates for Service Advisors and Hyundai Technicians.
  • Support HDPM performance improvement, assist with DSOM implementation and compliance, and drive Mystery Shopping score growth beyond annual targets and competitors.
  • Contribute to CXC competitions to enhance distributor’s teams’ customer care and technical service capabilities.
  • Execute the annual training plan with full commitment, maintain professionalism, and embrace new work challenges within the expanding scope.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct Technical and Non-technical training programs for distributors.
  • Assist HDPM platform for evaluation and performance improvement.
  • Assist DSOM implementation with distributors and monitor compliance.
  • Drive Mystery Shopping performance, aiming to increase scores from current year to next year’s target and surpass competitors through distributor engagement.
  • Assist in CXC competitions for service advisors and technicians to enhance customer care and technical service knowledge.
  • Guide and train distributors to achieve high certification rates for Service Advisors & (HYUNDAI Technicians:
  • Execute the annual training plan with 100% achievement through effort and passion.
  • Maintain professionalism and accept all work-related challenges and new job duties added to the scope.
  • Develop Inhouse Training content and localize the HMC training Materials

 

Authority

  • Online LMS: Manage all users activities, permissions, e-learnings, certifications…
  • Mystery Shopping: Supervise & monitor of results/action plans.

 

Job requirements

Education

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree is a plus

 

Related Experience

  • Minimum 5~7 years of professional experience in automotive manufacturer/distributor with service activities.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience desired.
  • Cross-functional team management experience is required.

 

Skill/Knowledge

  • Ability to simplify complex issues, develop a compelling point of view, and persuasively make case for change leading to action.
  • Good organizational and teamwork skills.

  • Strong automobile industry knowledge.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency.
  • Arabic as second language is a plus.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Normal office duties in Regional HQ
  • 20-25% travel requirements.
