Summary Description
- Product Line Management (PLM) is responsible for driving regional product performance by translating global product strategies into effective go-to-market execution across the MEA region. As a subject matter expert in product performance and market dynamics, this role maintains comprehensive, real-time understanding of sales performance, inventory mix, pricing and incentive competitiveness, marketing effectiveness, distributor engagement, competitor activity, and segment-level dynamics.
- The position works collaboratively with Global PLM, regional cross-functional teams, and distributors to achieve regional business objectives including market share, volume, and profitability, while strengthening governance and performance management capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Product Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze model-level performance across the region, including volume, profitability, market share, and inventory mix.
- Identify opportunities and risks through analysis of market performance, competitor activities, pricing, and incentive effectiveness.
- Develop actionable recommendations to optimize product performance and business results.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to management through regular governance reviews.
- PLM Governance & Performance Review
- Collaborate with Global PLM teams to conduct Regional Performance Review Meetings and support monthly governance processes.
- Prepare executive reports, performance updates, and analytical materials for management decision-making.
- Maintain reporting structures to provide visibility of product performance across key markets and models.
- Support Operational Committee Meetings (OCM) and follow up on key actions and deliverables.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch Management
- Lead Product Launch Committee Meetings to ensure organizational readiness and cross-functional alignment.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing models.
- Contribute to vehicle positioning strategies and Key Selling Points (KSPs) to strengthen product competitiveness.
- Coordinate with distributors and regional stakeholders to maximize launch effectiveness and market performance.
- Regional Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support annual Business Plan (BP), Operating Plan (OP), and mid-term planning activities by vehicle line
- Partner with Product Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Analytics teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop business cases and validate performance improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address product performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
Authority
- Act as the regional focal point for product performance analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product competitiveness and business performance.
- Recommend product portfolio, pricing, incentive, and go-to-market improvement actions.
- Coordinate with Global PLM teams to ensure alignment with corporate governance and reporting standards.
Job requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Related Experience
- 10 years of professional experience at a manufacturer/distributor of consumer products with direct product responsibilities (planning, pricing, marketing, incentives, distribution, and/or sales).
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Cross-functional project management experience preferred.
- Extensive data analysis experience and data visualization expertise required.

- Experience with Power BI, PIN, Maritz, GfK, IHS/Polk, Strategic Vision, Ace Metrix, Tableau, etc. studies/tools a plus.
- Arabic & Korean as second language is a plus
Physical requirements
- Normal office duties in Region HQ
