The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a driven and energetic Area Aftersales Manager to join our Eastern Region team. This is your chance to take ownership, do big things, make an impact, and help drive the ongoing success of Hyundai.

 

In this role, you’ll bring Hyundai’s Aftersales strategy to life, developing and executing plans that don’t just meet, but exceed HMCA’s targets. You’ll be the go-to partner for our dealerships, championing performance, boosting profitability, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across Service and Parts Operations, all while contributing to the continued success of Hyundai.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

•    Accountability for achieving your Zones monthly wholesale parts targets.
•    Accountability for Dealer Service performance as measured by NPS, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
•    Enhance dealer profitability through the development and execution of strong Aftersales business plans and market strategies.
•    Identify and implement strategies to manage aged parts inventory while maximising wholesale and retail opportunities.
•    Provide timely and actionable feedback to the Regional Aftersales Manager and National teams, including regional insights and competitor analysis.
•    Maintain effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders both within and outside the dealer network for all critical action, polices & procedures.
•    Drive performance and accountability across the dealer network, ensuring alignment to targets and business objectives.
•    Lead performance review meetings with focus dealers to address gaps and drive improvement.
•    In partnership with the Regional Aftersales Manager, identify and grow commercial & service opportunities.

  • High energy and the urge to develop your skills. You thrive in a disciplined and structured sales environment.
  • The ability to have open discussions, influence decision making processes and negotiate with dealers.
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to use data to support your decisions and strategies.
  • You must have a Full Drivers License and flexibility to travel for this role.
