The Opportunity
As the Brand and Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, development and execution of brand and product marketing communications across both the Hyundai and Genesis portfolios.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Product Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping campaign direction, guiding cross-functional activity and ensuring brand and product initiatives are delivered with clarity, consistency and commercial impact.
You will lead a talented team and work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to bring ideas to life, driving impactful marketing outcomes that contribute directly to HMCA’s broader business objectives.
This is an 18 Month Parental Leave Cover Contract, commencing in August 2026 and concluding at the end of January 2028.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement brand and product marketing strategies aligned to HMCA and GMAu business objectives
- Manage creative development and media strategies for integrated brand and product campaigns
- Develop product positioning, propositions and messaging that connect with target audiences
- Plan and deliver marketing communications for new vehicle launches, model updates and ongoing product activity
- Partner with Digital, CX, PR, Sponsorships & Lifestyle, GTM, Product Planning, Retail and Performance Marketing teams to ensure aligned, effective go-to-market execution
- Manage external agency relationships across creative, media and digital to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Analyse campaign, brand and sales performance data to identify insights and recommend continuous improvements
- Manage budgets, approvals, invoicing, forecasting and spend reconciliation to maximise efficiency and return on investment
- Lead, coach and develop a small team, supporting performance, growth and engagement
About you
You are a commercially minded marketing professional with strong brand and product marketing experience, ideally gained in a complex business environment. You are confident leading integrated campaigns, translating insights into action and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Strong experience in marketing management, with automotive, retail or consumer brand experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and campaign timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to inform decisions
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional marketing activity
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, develop and motivate others
