The Opportunity
Join Hyundai and Genesis as a CRM & Lifecycle Specialist and play a key role in shaping meaningful, end-to-end customer experiences. In this role, you’ll bring our brands to life through thoughtful, personalised communications that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Blending creativity with commercial thinking, you’ll plan and deliver integrated CRM campaigns across the customer journey, turning insights into compelling messaging that resonates. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure every interaction is cohesive, on-brand, and customer-first.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, from briefing and planning through to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Plan and manage the CRM communications calendar across Hyundai and Genesis, ensuring clear prioritisation and alignment with broader marketing activity.
- Develop and deliver targeted, personalised communications aligned to key lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back).
- Collaborate with wider marketing and digital teams to ensure messaging is consistent, relevant, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Partner with external agencies to develop high-quality CRM content and bring campaigns to life.
- Use customer insights and performance data to refine messaging, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement through test-and-learn initiatives, sharing insights and applying learnings to future activity.
- Contribute to lifecycle strategy development, supporting initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners to ensure smooth delivery and high standards of execution.
About you
You’re a customer-focused marketer with the skills and experience below. You are motivated to grow your career in Digital CX and deliver meaningful, data-driven customer experiences that drive strong business outcomes.
- 3–5 years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven campaign management experience, leading projects end-to-end and delivering to deadlines.
- Experience managing agencies, including writing clear briefs and overseeing delivery.
- Confident using customer insights and performance data to optimise campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, digital, sales, and agency partners.
- Experience managing campaign calendars and balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) - not deeply technical, but comfortable navigating tools and workflows.
