The Opportunity

Reporting to the Digital Manager, the Digital Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the development, enhancement, and performance optimisation of Hyundai and Genesis’ digital ecosystems. This includes corporate and dealership websites, digital tools, paid and organic search, and other customer-facing platforms.

The role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management and continuous evolution of digital products to ensure seamless, high-performing experiences that meet customer expectations, align with business objectives, and uphold brand standards. Working closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, the Digital Product Specialist contributes to both strategic initiatives and operational execution, leveraging a strong understanding of digital product management, web technologies, analytics, and customer-first thinking.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end management of digital assets, including brand and Tier 2 dealer websites, content and product data platforms, retail offer systems, and eCommerce tools.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of websites, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and third-party vendors.
  • Gather and define business requirements in partnership with HQ, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to support the execution of the digital roadmap, marketing campaigns and new model releases.
  • Apply UX best practices and customer insights to inform design enhancements that drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse user behaviour data to identify friction points and recommend actionable strategies for experience optimisation.
  • Contribute to the Continuous Optimisation program through experimentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and other various initiatives to drive innovation, engagement and leads. 
  • Coordinate project timelines, cross‑functional teams, and external partners while maintaining clear, ongoing communication and stakeholder reporting to ensure alignment, delivery momentum, and successful execution of digital initiatives.
  • Embed data‑driven insights and KPIs into deliverables, analyse digital performance across touchpoints, and support the optimisation of always‑on channels (SEM, Social, SEO) through integrated analytics, creative, and keyword strategy.
  • Oversee compliance and governance across digital activities by coordinating cross‑functional approvals, managing budgets, POs, and invoicing, and supporting secure, scalable digital platforms.
  • Support the Digital Manager in delivering strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and the preparation of executive‑ready materials.

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or web operations, ideally within customer-focused or retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems, inlcuding CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, UX/UI principles, performance optimisation, and analytics tools. 
  • Exposure to Jira/Confluence and other project management tools is highly regarded.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to identifying potential discrepancies before they occur.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams. 
  • Background in automotive, retail, or other customer-centric industries is highly desirable. 
  • University Degree or Advanced Diploma in marketing, communications, technology, or related fields.
