The Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in bringing the Hyundai and Genesis brands to life through standout sponsorships and highprofile events. It drives compelling brand experiences by leading partnership activation, delivering major events, and executing targeted communications that engage audiences and deliver measurable commercial value. Sitting at the intersection of brand, experience, and execution, the role ensures every initiative is strategically aligned, flawlessly delivered, and supported by strong stakeholder collaboration.

This is a Full Time Fixed Term Contract up until May 2027.

Sponsorship & Partnership Management

  • Manage key sponsorships end‑to‑end, maximising contracted rights, ROI, and partnership objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, ambassadors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Influence campaign strategy, activations, and creative execution in collaboration with Brand & Product Marketing.
  • Deliver fan and customer engagement initiatives, including onsite activations, digital content, and promotions.
  • Manage sponsorship budgets and provide reporting and performance insights.

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Lead the planning and execution of major Hyundai and Genesis events, including concept development, budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
  • Manage supplier contracts, risk planning, and onsite delivery to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Oversee stakeholder communications before, during, and after events.
  • Produce post‑event reporting and apply learnings to continuously improve event outcomes.

Digital, Communications & Administration

  • Lead targeted sponsorship communications across CRM, website, dealer, and owned channels.
  • Support CRM and digital initiatives, including content development and performance reporting.
  • Manage member programs, partner communications, and dealer bulletins.
  • Oversee sponsorship and event administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting.

 

 

About you

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels, from CEO to coordinator, with the flexibility to adapt communication style accordingly.
  • Strong project management capability, managing multiple initiatives concurrently with high attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing and managing contracts, including rights, obligations, and deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of the sporting and events landscape, including commercial sponsorship models and value drivers.
  • Sound knowledge of sponsorship rights and how to activate them effectively to deliver brand and commercial outcomes.
