The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to lead the rollout of our Agency Partner model, an integral pillar in shaping the future of our luxury retail and customer experience strategy. It will drive the definition of the agency model framework and its successful implementation, working in close partnership with senior stakeholders across the business.
With a strong focus on innovation, elevated customer experience and operational excellence, this role will be instrumental in evolving how we go to market, unlocking new capabilities, strengthening partner performance, and positioning our luxury brand to do big things and achieve sustained growth!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, negotiation and management of agency partner agreements to deliver strong commercial outcomes and brand alignment.
- Oversee the full partner lifecycle, from selection and onboarding through to performance management, renewals and exits.
- Build trusted, high impact relationships with partners to drive innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, legal and brand standards, maintaining governance and consistency across the network.
- Act as the primary interface for agency partners, aligning them to brand strategy and ways of working.
- Drive performance through structured governance, focusing on KPIs, customer experience excellence and operational capability.
- Provide strategic input into network planning to optimise partner coverage and capability.
- Define and implement premium retail facility standards aligned to luxury brand expectations.
- Oversee facility onboarding, approvals, compliance and launch readiness across the network.
- Lead the rollout of the agency model and associated transformation initiatives.
- Manage implementation roadmaps, milestones and cross-functional delivery.
- Drive end to end onboarding and operational readiness, including systems, capability and go-live execution.
About You
- Proven franchise development & partner network experience with 5+ years in the automotive industry.
- Strategic thinking & commercial acumen to design and deliver growth-focused models
- Strong stakeholder influence & relationship management across partners and senior leaders.
- Program & change delivery capability with a track record of execution.
- Customer experience focus with a passion for premium brand delivery.
- Operational discipline & governance awareness.
- Resilience & adaptability in fast paced environments.
