The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and people-focused P&C Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This role partners with multiple business units to deliver generalist HR support that enhances employee experience, builds capability, and strengthens our culture.

You will play a key role in providing advice across the employee lifecycle, supporting leaders, driving HR processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

 

About the Role

  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide practical and timely HR advice
  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Guide managers through performance management processes and provide coaching when needed
  • Assist with employee relations matters, policy interpretation and compliance support
  •  Contribute to workforce planning, talent initiatives and capability development projects
  •  Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, templates, and systems
  •  Support organisational change initiatives with effective communication and engagement
  • Promote a positive employee experience aligned with Hyundai’s values and culture
  •  Maintain accurate and compliant HR documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate across the P&C team to deliver high-quality and consistent people solutions.

About you

You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand.

  • 2-3 years experience in a generalist HR or advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationship
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice frameworks
  • Confident in managing competing priorities and supporting multiple business units
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and guide
  • A collaborative, people-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to problem-solve and navigate sensitive or complex matters professionally
