The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Coordinator role is designed to support the sales operations team in their achievement of key sales targets and performance indicators. This position is a key support to the regional teams with daily, weekly and monthly reporting. The role is also a key support to the executive team by assisting in the organization of meetings and collation of presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardised sales processes and practice.
- Support the sales team in the day-to-day operations, including preparing reports and coordinating larger meetings.
- Organise meetings and collate presentations for the sales and executive team.
- Provide administrative support for any sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining documents.
- Manage the Aged Stock Program including Quarter program costing and approval form.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure sales KPIs are met by providing support to the national and regional sales teams.
- Liaise with dealers and regions regarding various reports, programs and initiatives.

- Sound written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, intermediate – advance skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
