The Opportunity

The Service Operations Assistant Manager plays a key role in lifting Aftersales and Service performance across the Genesis retail network, supporting 2026 service objectives and CSI and NPS outcomes. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Aftersales, the role drives national service programs, operational excellence, and a consistently premium customer experience.

Acting as the link between retailers and internal teams, the role coordinates service operations, supports system and brand standard rollouts, and applies data‑driven insight to enable service readiness and continuous improvement aligned to the Genesis brand promise.

This is a Full Time Permanent Role.

Service Experience & Program Delivery

  • Deliver and embed national service programs to uplift CSI and NPS.
  • Own the rollout of service brand standards and ensure network consistency.
  • Coordinate the online service booking platform, digital initiatives, and service scheduling.
  • Support agent readiness, certification programs, and VoC‑led service improvements.

Network & Operational Capability

  • Support rollout and readiness of the Genesis Certified Repairer Network and new service points.
  • Manage operational relationships with third‑party service and valet partners.
  • Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve service quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Performance, Reporting & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Analyse service performance data and prepare reporting to support improvement actions.
  • Support service performance frameworks and operational governance.
  • Act as the operational liaison across Aftersales, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Customer Care, Finance, and Legal.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and data integrity across service platforms.

About you

  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a clear understanding of customer experience and service operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from senior leaders to operational teams, adapting communication style as needed.
  • Strong project management capability with high attention to detail.
  • Commercial understanding of service operations and the automotive retail landscape.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills to communicate insights and updates to senior stakeholders.
