The Opportunity

Join Hyundai Motor Company Australia as a Supply Chain Coordinator and play an important role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our national supply chain network. Working within the Sales Operations team, you will support stock allocation, logistics coordination, inventory management and stakeholder engagement to help deliver the right vehicles to the right locations at the right time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting vehicle stock allocation activities to ensure inventory is distributed effectively and aligned with business requirements.
  • Monitoring incoming vehicle shipments, inventory levels and logistics operations to help maintain a seamless supply chain.
  • Building strong relationships with regional teams and third-party logistics partners to support timely vehicle delivery and resolve operational obstacles.
  • Preparing and maintaining stock, inventory and supply-related reports to assist with planning and decision-making.
  • Attend to all regional offices and dealer queries that are related to stock in pipeline in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update shipping details and status in relation to shipping advise.
  • Update Shipping Schedule and Arrival Forecast.
  • Shipping process management including COD management, vessel receipting, and manifest update.
  • Maintaining accurate records and system updates within SAP and other operational platforms.
  • Coordinating purchase orders and supporting supply chain administration activities.
  • Assisting with fleet, distribution and vehicle delivery processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to projects and business initiatives that support Hyundai's operational and strategic objectives.
