The Opportunity

As the Regional Coordinator, you will maintain a close and effective relationship between the Regional Sales team and the Dealerships.  You will provide support to all Regions in the areas of sales, distribution, marketing, fleet, service, and parts.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the Southern and Central Region’s Company Car fleet, service loan vehicles, fleet evaluation vehicles, sponsorship, and ambassador vehicles. Responsibilities include vehicle ordering, transportation, arrangements of pre-delivery and registration, and managing vehicle transitions to align with the company car policy.
  • Traffic infringement management for all Southern and Central company cars, fleet evaluations, service loan vehicles, sponsorship, and ambassador vehicles. Along with coordinating insurance claims for damaged vehicles as required.
  • Facilitate the role of Regional Sponsorship and Partnerships coordinator for Hyundai’s Southern and Central Region sponsorship partners. Working closely with the National Sponsorship Manager, assisting with the day-to-day operations of our sponsorship requirements. Arranging display vehicles at sponsors events, manage ticket distribution among internal and external stakeholders, oversee corporate hospitality invitations, and orchestrate the delivery of sponsorship prize vehicles. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with our Southern and Central Region partners. Including stakeholders from our key partnerships such as Carlton Football Club along with the management team for our Hyundai Ambassadors.
  • Work closely with the Southern and Central Region’s Fleet Manager. Assist with the coordination of Fleet Evaluation vehicle loans. Arrange detailing and transport of our fleet evaluation vehicles locally around Metro Melbourne along with interstate movements between Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia as required.
  • General administration duties. Raising purchase orders, and approving invoices for payment. Assist with budget management across the year for the Southern and Central Regions. 
  • Assist the field management team with general duties and undertake special projects as and when required.
  • Distribute monthly reports to the Southern and Central Region dealer network. 
  • General Support for the Area Sales Manager and Area Aftersales Manager field teams. 

About you

You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand.

  • You have 1–2 years’ experience in administration, sales support/analysis, or a team assistant role. 
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the wider regional and head office teams. 
  • Great time management and organisational skills with the ability to work in an agile environment. 
  • Good analytical skills with experience managing reports in Excel. 
  • Valid Drivers Licence.
