We are seeking a passionate Regional Business Manager to drive performance, support our distributors, and accelerate Genesis’ success across the MEA region!

Main Goals and Objectives
- Be a key asset in the growth and development of the Sales department.
- Drive Sales performance growth in existing and future markets of the MEA region.
- Guide and support distributors in achieving their objectives.
- Optimize the business planning, analysis and reporting processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Performance
- Ensure the execution of the Sales Business Plan for assigned markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate sales forecasts.
- Assess performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure the reporting of sales on the system.
- Analyze and report the market performance.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM/system and update reports regularly.
- Prepare and distribute performance dashboards and presentations.
- Order & Shipment
- Ensure orders are collected periodically as per Business Plan.
- Flag top priority orders.
- Maintain records of shipment quantities.
- Sales Support Claims for All Markets
- Handling sales support claims related to sales processes across all assigned markets, ensuring timely resolution and proper coordination.
- Collect, verify, and input claim data into the system and maintain organized records of claims and approvals.
- Sales Budget
- Communicate sales support schemes to distributors.
- Collect, consolidate and report sales support claims to HQ.
- Prepare budget tracking sheets and assist in reconciliation and support documentation for budget approvals and audits.
- Market Expanding
- Frequently visit markets to ensure operating standards are met.
- Conducting evaluation and review reports with potential distributor candidates for Morocco and Iraq, contributing to choosing the right candidate for new market expansion.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing evaluation documents and maintaining records of distributor applications and contracts.
- Others
- Support in events preparations and executions outside of Business Hours when required.
- Weekly/biweekly reporting and hosting regular meetings.
- Manage filing system for contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Job Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of related job experience
- Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred (preferably within OEM)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) – Excellent Arabic is a must
- Attested bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred
